if anyone's going to Carl's palms gig tonight with Kate Cebrano? i hope someone gets pics. Carl was on facebook and myspace last night.

I was thinking his next gig was Bennett's lane, that's what! Even during the chat I was stupidly asking if he was doing anything on 27th and 28th in Melbourne this month. Der!

So dearheart left on his own today and I, devoted mum, decided to stay with my kids. Probably a good thing, I don't really like myself much when I'm in hyper-excited-obsessive-nothing-can-keep-me-away-from-Carl mode. Oh but to think just from sheer negligent lack of observance I've missed out!!

Mum and me were almost going to fly over to see this show but decided on the Capers one when they announced that date... I thought that maybe someone not on this forum might have gone to one of the shows and left a message on Carl's official site, but nothing there either... I hope the shows went well!!

I spoke to dearest and told him he could go and see Carl at the Casino complex tonight and he joked that he might go along. He called again tonight and said he went to see him! But he was only teasing me - as it happened he had met up with his niece and her BF at a restaurant at the Crown. He's enjoying rubbing it in I think, letting me know how close he got to my idol obsession. Well my girls and I are having a great time and I'd be coping fine if it weren't for the dishwasher packing up last night So to minimize dirty dishes I took them to their favourite Sizzler restaurant tonight - they love me heaps

To be honest, I find KC and the ticket price a bit of a turn off anyway. Which is probably why I mentally blocked those dates Amanda So don't feel too bad for me Amby. And I got my Coldplay tics today !! And went to see the movie Australia today So I'm hardly pining ! hehe
