60 seconds with anthony riseley

hey guys i ask anthony a few questions about carl and he's music here's he's answers enjoy.

Q1. during idol what do you believe was Carl's best performance and why?

A1. Well there were three that I thoroughly enjoyed (might have been because I was there hehe) and they were Pure imagination, its not unusual and jealous guy!
If i had to pick one i think it would be pure imagination because he sang and played really well and the song choice was perfect because it worked well for the kids on the charity night and it came from his favorite childhood movie!! (Charlie and the chocolate factory). It also felt really magical (the aura of the performance).

Q2. which cd do you preder of Carl's the rise or the stillest hour and why?

A2. I really like both, the rise for some up tempo dancing music and the stillest hour is really good for chilling out. (I listen to it on my phone before heading into exams..dont tell carl ;). But i would say I listen to the rise more because I play along to it and pretend to be lead trumpet haha.

Q3. what's your favourite song from either album?

A3.Lido shuffle (because up tempo and fun to play along to..and the key isn't too hard). also the remix of This guys in love is pretty funky! And magnolia is awesome! real chilled!

Q4. what song would you love for Carl to put on the new album cover or original.

A4. Definitely original! He and ash have some great ones! Im not saying any more

Q5. what was your brother like as a kid , was he mean to you? any stories you care to share?

A5. Well surprisingly as it sounds I cant remember any nasty stuff carl did to me, its more like me being the annoying one. He was actually quite cool, he and ash took me to my first night club at 16! it was awesome! I had to wear glasses because i look way too young! I just look 18 now! let alone then...i prob looked 12!To my surprise people thought i was trying to cover up obvious side effects caused by drugs haha so I used that excuse! ..I guess that kind of thing is normal in Byron Bay?? So yeah he was a pretty awesome big bro..

6. describe Carl in 3 words.

A6. Idol of everything!

Q7. between you and Carl who would you say is more or better at the following.

better singer? me of course!!....silly question
better instrumentalist? yeah i'll give it to carl..
more smarter? equal on this one
better looking? well he has more modeling experience then me, but then again I havent tried....na seriously he did get all the good looking genes, you would think the fella would share some around!
more romantic? yep him again!! he is definitely a natural with the ladies!
more funnier? We both have our moments..
